This mobile home is available for rent, now, March 6th, 2010. The chief advantages are the location, very close to U of I, about a fifteen minute walk to the library, and the relative seclusion of the home. It's on the edge of the park overlooking a field. Also, it's quite nice inside with sheetrocked walls and newer appliances.

Above is a view of the home as you approach it from the east on the Old Pullman Highway. It's nice to feel like you're living in the country. There are only neighbors on one side of you, and no one on the other side of the wall!

As you can see, there's a little porch, with a gate and just wide enough for a barbecue at either end.

There is siding around the main entrance. The windows are all newer vinyl and well insulated. And the front door has been replaced recently. It's now wider and solidly mounted.

The price is $450 per month (which includes lot rent and water, sewer and garbage, but not utilities) and right now you may sign a lease for just five months, through the first part of August. If you want to stay beyond that, you will need to sign a one-year lease. First and last months rent will be due upon taking residence, along with a $300 security deposit, and I will prorate your first month's rent. So, for example, if you moved in March 15th, you would need to pay $975.
